Simply contact our Customer Service through, email or text and submit the supporting documents indicating that our IDP is not accepted. You will receive your full refund within 7 working business days. Eligible orders: Refused by car rental agencies with any documentary evidence of rejection or refusal Refused by traffic authorities in countries found on this list with any documentary evidence of rejection or refusal Receive your Digital IDP copy within 24 hours .( For the 3 years booklet only ). Eligible orders: Delivery method: If your IDP booklet lost or not arrived as we promise then we will cover all the cost and deliver a new one for you to the same address after we check tracking history number with delivery courier company. You can cancel your IDP application for a full refund within two (2) Hour’s of placing the order. A 15% printing and handling fee will be charged if the order is cancelled after the two (2) hour-grace period. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. This guarantee is applicable for refund requests for orders in which the IDP was not rejected by traffic authorities.
